Ben teaches and coaches in the Des Moines metro area and is a graduate of Drake University. Ben has coached track at Des Moines North and coached state champions in the 3200, 1600, and Cross Country events as well as helping his athlete win the same events at the Drake Relays. He is currently coaching at Boone High School. He holds his USATF Coaching Certificate and does personal coaching for runners of all ages.
My name is Leah Newman. I am the Co-Owner of Inspire U training center, Founder of M-C3 training & certification program, and Co-Founder of M-C3 Youth. I have had the great opportunity to have worked with athletes and non-athletes alike for almost 20 years. I have qualified for Boston several times and have set many race records. I have the following certifications: USAT coaching, NSCA, ACE, Life Coach, and ISSA Trainer. I have been teaching classes for 18 years, coaching for 10 and have been personal training for 7. It is going to be my great privilege to work with you at our M-C3 camp. I am excited to train you the Metabolic way with Compound Circuit Conditioning.

Metabolic - Compound Circuit Conditioning Camp
“The Complete Athlete”
Only elite athlete camp in Iowa to incorporate metabolic circuit conditioning
• Each 60 minute session will consist of four 15 minute circuits incorporating the following exercises:
• Speed Circuit: Drills to improve top-end speed, acceleration, and agility
• Power Circuit: Plyometric exercises for aerobic and anaerobic muscle power
• Endurance Circuit: VO2 max training to increase aerobic capacity
• Strength Circuit:RFT (Rounds For Time): utilizing key core exercises
• Summer-long program that meets 3X per week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
• Sport specific testing that can be given to college coaches for recruiting purposes
• 1:7 athlete to trainer ratio provides individual attention to each athlete
